Canning Vale

Opening in 1984, Canning Vale was the first galvanizing plant to come into operation for the company. It has over 6 acres of land that is fully bituminised to create two massive laydown areas. This enables easy unloading, storage and loading of steelwork by forklift, including cradles. The factory runs in two shifts beginning at 5.00am and running well into the evening. This gives the capacity to galvanize 2000 tonnes per month with the availability of overnight service for urgent items.

The galvanizing bath measures 12.6 metres in length by 1.4 metres in width and 2.7 metres in depth.

This allows galvanizing of frames up to 5.1 metres in width and single items up to 15 metres in length by double end dipping. To see the full range of dip sizes possible “click” on the link below.
